We recommend comparing the garment measurements provided in the Size Guide with a similar item you already own. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
What fabrics do you use?
The fabrics used vary by style and collection. Detailed fabric information can be found in the description of each product page. We carefully select our materials for comfort, quality, and longevity. To preserve the appearance and lifespan of your garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided, as certain fabrics and dyes may require extra care to prevent premature fading or wear.
Do you restock sold-out items?
No. As a slow fashion brand, we produce each design in very limited quantities, typically 6 pieces or fewer per print. This allows us to minimize waste, maintain thoughtful production practices, and preserve the uniqueness of each piece. Once a design is sold out, it will not be reproduced.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As all orders are shipped from El Nido, Palawan, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to arrive.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free nationwide shipping within the Philippines on all orders of ₱2,500 and above.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
